9. Prizes to be taken as stated. Winners and their guest must be available to attend the VIP night out on 25/09/25. There is no alternative date available.

There is no alternative in cash or kind, in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar alternative of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed with the promoter, prizes will be awarded directly to the winner. Prize winner may be required to participate in photographic or other reasonable publicity without further recompense.

10. The draw will take place on 19/09/25 when 5 winners will be drawn randomly by computer programme under independent supervision from all valid entries received during the promotional period.

11. The 5 winners only will be notified by email and telephone on 22/09/25. Please ensure your contact details are correct and check your email inbox (including spam/junk folders) and your voicemail as the promoter can accept no responsibility for any email or telephone correspondence not received due to incorrect details.

12. The winners must respond to prize notification no later than 23:59 on 23/09/25, to confirm their age and to provide confirmation that they are enrolled in a full or part time educational course in a University or College in Northern Ireland for the academic year 2025/2026.

13. Three attempts will be made to contact the winners between 09:00 and 17:00 on 22/09/25 and 23/09/25. In the event that no response is received by the cut-off time of 23:59 on 23/09/25, any prize entitlement will be withdrawn and the promoter reserves the right to award the prize to reserve winner(s) selected at the same time as the original.

14. Once the prize award has been accepted and confirmed, each winner will receive entry cards for them and their 4 guests to their nominated email address. Winners will be required to provide the names of their 4 guests, and confirm that they are aged 18 or over. Entry cards are required for entry into the VIP Night. Any attempt to copy or duplicate or alter an official entry card will result in the entry card being declared void, and the prize entitlement being withdrawn without further compensation.
